Delivery Guarantee

• We support same day delivery in big and middle city. If the recipient is in small city or town please order ahead 1~2 days.
• Free delivery fee for urban. If the recipient is not in a city center, $5-$30 USD will be charge as delivery fee.
• Available delivery time: 8:30AM to 20:30PM.We just guarantee the order to be delivered on the day, we can't guarantee the O'clock time such as morning, 09:00am, 14:00pm.
• We guarantee the freshest flowers delivery and outstanding service. If we cann't deliver your order to the recipient, we will refund the full amount.
